Harcourts Warragul’s Sales Agent, Kim Durrand is passionate about interior design, renovating and bringing new life back to an older home. She is a multi-award-winning member of Harcourts Warragul’s team, and has a knack for matching up the right buyer with the right property, recommending and proactively researching new ways to drive results for clients, and is always enthusiastic about the people she gets to meet.

Born and raised in Maryknoll, Kim worked as a Physical Education teacher locally at St Pauls Anglican Grammar School for 15 years prior to changing career in 2015 to pursue her passion in real estate. In between teaching and becoming one of the top rated agents in the area, Kim had her own interior design business and retail stores for 6 years. She is excited by architecture, art, design, renovating (having renovated 6 of her own homes) and anything to do with property.

In Kim’s spare time she loves spending time with her girls, eating out and relaxing with her friends. She has been involved over many years coaching local netball teams. She loves fitness, sport, shopping, food, champagne and a mild-high dose of coffee!
