Get to know me better
Daniel McConnell is the Owner, Director and Senior Sales Consultant at Harcourts Shellharbour City / Albion Park. Currently in his 15th year of a successful Real Estate career, he is serious about results. Having grown up in the area he has strong ties to the community here and his passion is helping the people of the area find the right homes and investment properties for their needs. Discovered whilst in sales within the fitness industry in 1999 by the founder of the Dougmal brand Doug Malouf, he flourished under the personal guidance of Terry Spicer the then Director of Dougmal Albion Park which later became Harcourts Albion Park.

After becoming one of the top Sales Agents in the Albion Park & Shellharbour region, Daniel took on the challenge of becoming the Owner, Director and Licensee at Harcourts in 2008.

He is a prolific winner of NSW real estate awards and is only the 6th person in NSW to be awarded the Diamond Pin for sales in excess of 50 million ‘units’. This clearly demonstrates Daniel's long held belief that achieving successful sales results speaks louder than words. In 2013, this resulted in the average time on the market of a Harcourts property being 38 days. Significantly lower than the area average of 86 days.

Having recently opened a second office in the heart of Shellharbour Village just in time for the Shellharbour/Marina boom, Daniel is looking forward to helping many more people sell and buy property in the area.

Daniel’s true passion is people and this is evident in the emphasis he places on supporting and fostering relationships within the community, with clients and within his team. Meticulous with presentation, innately personable and extremely down to earth he is known to provide his time, advice and experience freely.
