    Brian grew up on the family dairy farm and after leaving school joined the pastoral agency firm of Goldsborough Mort. In 1965 Brian was called up for National Service and completed his service in Australia, spending the second year at Supply and Transport HQ at Petrie Terrace Brisbane as the POL clerk for Northern Command (Qld). Brian has a background in the livestock agency game of dealing with people on the land for some 40 plus years and is well respected by both his colleagues and the people he has dealt with. Brian is a licenced Real Estate Agent and an accomplished Auctioneer for rural and residential sales as well as specialising in property clearing sales. He managed branches for Elders throughout south west Queensland and three years as the South West Finance Officer at the Regional Office Roma. He also spent approximately nine years with Wesfarmers Dalgety in the area of finance where he became the State Credit Controller for Queensland, Northern Territory and the top end of WA. Brian then spent nine years working for Rabobank and Bankwest in agricultural lending, operating from Toowoomba. In 2010 he retired for 18 months, after which the opportunity arose to return to selling rural property.

    Mike is a licenced Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer with over 25 years selling rural property and conducting clearing sales all over Queensland. Originally from Taroom and growing up on the family properties Mike has enormous love of the land and respect for its people. Machinery knowledge led to several years for the machinery Dealer operation for Napier's in Dalby, St George and Roma as the Business and Sales Manager. Real Estate was tough in 1987 when Mike joined the Raine and Horne office in Dalby and after a short time selling residential saw the opening for a specialised rural agent. In 1990 he purchased the Dalby Raine and Horne office and then set up Raine and Horne Rural (Qld) in 1995. A huge growth saw an additional two offices in Toowoomba and Charleville as well as the Rural Coordinator for Raine and Horne Queensland with several noted private real estate offices coming under the banner. In 2002 Mike sold the operation and managed the Dalby office for a time before setting up as a private agent contracting with the major rural real estate firms firstly Ray White Rural and now with Landmark Harcourt's. Always an innovator with the ability to see outside the square Mike is convinced that the World Wide Web is no longer the future but is the NOW for Property Sales and Clearing Sales. This year Sales have included the multi million dollar dairy research station for the Queensland Government as well as a broad acre irrigation property at Bowen and a noted farming and grazing property at Pittsworth. Mike continues to conduct Clearing Sales both on site and On Line with the On Line sales appealing to a much larger Buyer group.
